2. In the event when products shown in the images are unavailable or discontinued, Tiger & Arcadia will inform and advise accordingly.

 

3. Credit card fees are applicable as mandated by the credit card companies.

 

4. You can also choose to pay via PayNow to [UEN 202005713W ]. Items will only be confirmed and fulfilled after payment is made. Please check with us if item is available for purchase before you make the transaction. You are required to cite order number in the PayNow transaction and send us a screenshot of payment via email to tigerandarcadia@gmail.com

 

5. Delivery & Returns

- Please note that all confirmed orders will be ready for collection or delivered within 3 working weekdays.

- Self pickup at Tiger & Arcadia Boutique:

317 Joo Chiat Road, Singapore 427568 on weekdays only (Monday to Friday) between 11am to 6pm, except for Public Holiday.

- Local delivery will be at $20 before 7% GST per trip and depending the size of the items. We will inform you for any additional charges when a bigger vehicle is required for the delivery. Please be informed that we will contact you via the email that you have provided during checkout.

- Additional surcharge of $10 for Central Business District areas and within Sentosa. 

- Delivery will not be available to Jurong Island.

 

6. Insurance

Please note that our quoted delivery & shipping rates does not include insurance. We take every care with packing each order to ensure that it reaches you safely and ready for you to enjoy in your home.

Therefore, we cannot accept any liability for damages incurred during shipping or unboxing, no matter how they are caused. We are able to assist with arranging insurance (costs for your account); please contact us at tigerandarcadia@gmail.com for more information.
